Senate Majority Leader: Coward

WASHINGTON, Dec. 11 — The Senate majority leader, Harry Reid of Nevada, delivered a blistering indictment today of the Central Intelligence Agency’s decision to destroy video footage of harsh interrogations of Al Qaeda detainees, just hours before the C.I.A. director was due before a Senate panel to explain the episode."

It was clear to me how much of a coward Harry Reid is when he stood on the floor of the Senate and declared the war in Iraq to be "lost." I felt he should have been ashamed of himself for saying such a thing when American troops are still over there fighting, but perhaps that was just one of his laughable political opinions and not political pandering as I first hypothesized. This most recent example of slapstick, however, really takes the cake. Not only is he undermining an agency who holds the responsibility of keeping this country safe, but he displays an unrivaled sense of hypocrisy when he goes on to say that the CIA is damaging America's "moral authority." This from a guy who supports a woman's "right" to murder.

Personally, I wouldn't feel comfortable using techniques that are obviously torture, but then again I'm not someone people depend upon to keep this nation safe. Therefore, I don't know what I would do if I felt detainee X was withholding information.

Do you?

The people of Nevada should vote that little wimp out of office the next time he's up for reelection. He's as much of a liar as he is a wimp. He and Pelosi swore up and down they would end the war in Iraq and  were "ready to lead. "About the only thing Reid and Pelosi are ready for is job searching.

"Don't Force Your Morality..."

The pro-choice clique is terribly annoying. They constantly blather and babble on about the "ignorant" pro-lifers forcing their morality on everyone. This is yet another nonsensical, illogical, asinine talking point of the pro-murder folks.

I asked one of them: "Why is pedophilia illegal?" And they responded, "Because it's wrong, immoral."

In my opinion -- and that of sensible people -- it is immoral, but not to organizations like NAMBLA (North American Man/Boy Love Association). To those idiots, pedophilia is not  immoral but rather an act of passion and love.

So, in essence, we are forcing the morality of the majority on the entire society when we illegalize pedophilia --  the pro-choicers who howl at the moon about forcing morality have no qualms with that.

Why?

Who knows these things? The pro-choice crowd makes about as much sense as groups like NAMBLA, and their existence is just as repugnant.
